At HomePlus Furniture, we want you to love your home, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on most items to ensure your complete satisfaction. If a piece doesn't fit your space or style, we are here to help facilitate a smooth return or exchange process.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare for Pickup
Ensure the furniture is disassembled and placed back in its original packaging; for large items, we will coordinate a professional freight pickup from your residence.
- 3.Inspection and Processing
Once the item arrives back at our warehouse, our quality control team will inspect it to ensure it is in original, like-new condition.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
After a successful inspection, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus any applicable restocking or shipping fees.
